In todays P.A.W.S trip was very eventful. We went to animals hope shelter with Ms Regina. We fed the dogs there, helped bathe them and also cleaned after them. We got to meet one of the rescuers who helps to collect the dogs. He told us how each of the dogs were found. Some had cancer and vision problems. Some were abandoned and abused. We plan on making a news report on the trip to post on the BBS newsletter and create a fundraiser for the shelter. We also plan on going to the shelter again as Ms Regina requested that we make a video for showing to students about how these dogs that were abused and found in horrible conditions and how they can help these animals. The students really enjoyed the trip to the shelter, Ms Regina did too and she would really love it if we went there again with her. We officially have a roster of members, 16 in total. Our next visit should be in two weeks (22/09/18). We are currently trying to create a presentation for the primary kids to see. It is to teach them how to treat stray animals.
